This place was amazing! The staff were so helpful and friendly, and they even spoke English. The location was perfect, close to the artisan market and within walking distance to the Old Town area. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and I loved the courtyard garden where I could relax after breakfast. The hotel also offered great services like airport shuttle and a delicious continental breakfast.
I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Exceptional Customer Service
During my recent stay at Hotel La Cartuja, I was blown away by the outstanding customer service I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. One particular staff member, Alejandro, stood out with his exceptional attentiveness and helpfulness.
Although the rooms did get a bit cold at night, the hotel thoughtfully provided ample blankets to keep guests warm. The beautiful courtyard was the perfect spot to unwind and relax.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and spoke English. They made me feel so welcome. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, yet close to many things. It's within walking distance to the center of the city and the historic district. Additionally, it's close to the modern art gallery and transportation options. The hotel also has beautiful rooms and a courtyard garden, adding to its charm. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a selection of eggs, fruit, toast, juice. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the friendly staff made my stay here exceptional.
